Admiral William (Bill) A. Owens

Admiral Owens is currently the co-founder and executive chairman of Red Bison Advisory Group, a company which identifies opportunities with proven enterprises in China, the Middle East, and the United States and creates dynamic partnerships focusing on: natural resources (oil, gas and fertilizer plants), real estate, and information and communication technology. Most recently, he was the chairman of the board of CenturyLink Telecom, the third largest telecommunications company in the United States and was on the advisory board of SAP USA. Owens serves on the board of directors at Wipro Technologies and is a director of the following private companies: Humm Kombucha, a beverage company and Moon Express. Owens is on the advisory board of the following private companies: Platform Science, Sarcos, and Sierra Nevada Corporation. Owens is on the board of trustees at EastWest Institute, Seattle University, and an advisor to the Fiscal Responsibility Amendment (CFFRA) Association which aims to establish a balanced budget amendment to the US Constitution. He is also a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Red Bison Advisory Group, LLC (private company, Chief Executive Officer), she also serves on the Board of Polycom Inc. (PLCM-NASDAQ, member of the audit and compensation committees), CenturyLink Inc., (NYSE – CTL member of the audit and technology committees), Humm Kombucha (Private Company, member of the compensation committee), and is a member of the President’s Advisory Group at EastWest Institute (Not-for-profit, non-partisan "think and do" tank).

Juan O. Alfonso

Juan O. Alfonso

Juan Alfonso, holding two United States patents and five Engineering Awards in microelectronics, brings 30+ years’ experience in radio networks and surveillance systems to Red Bison. His area of focus is Strategy/Business Development in the Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) Sector with regional concentration in North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Alfonso earned an MBA from Florida International University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami.
Todd Owens

Todd Owens

Todd Owens is the CEO of Appuri and he brings over 20 years of experience building and leading high-performing technology teams in both the public and private sector. Coming from a technology and military background, Owens brings senior product management and business development skills to Red Bison. He has been recognized four times as a “Superstar for outsourcing innovation in support of HR organizations” by HRO magazine.

Prior to Appuri, Todd Owens served as the CEO of TalentWise and COO of Sterling Talent Solutions, both leaders in HR technology and services. He began his career as submarine officer in the US Navy and launched his enterprise software career in business development and product management in his roles at Siebel Systems and Wind River Systems.

Owens holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy.

David Nalley

David Nalley brings more than 33 years of experience in the Information Technology and Consumer Electronics industry to Red Bison. In his most recent role as Managing Partner of a consulting firm based in Newport Beach, CA, he has been focused on supporting both Fortune 500 firms and Emerging Technology Companies. His work includes developing their go-to market strategies and supply chain solutions in the consumer space as well as the enterprise computing channel on a global basis.

Prior to leading his consulting firm, Nalley had an 18 year career at Ingram Micro, the world’s largest IT and CE distributor and a Fortune 100 company. During his time at Ingram Micro, Nalley held the position of Vice President and General Manager. His responsibilities included leading sales for their North American Retail and Internet resellers,where he managed some of the world’s largest resellers in those categories. Along with managing the consumer business, Nalley also led the enterprise computing sales effort with corporate resellers, the direct solution providers, and their global accounts.
