Admiral William (Bill) A. Owens

Bill Owens is the Executive Chairman of Red Bison Advisory Group. Owens is also the Chairman of CenturyLink Telecom (3rd largest of the United States telecoms) and serves on the board of Wipro.

Owens is the non-executive chairman of private companies: Eastern Airlines, Yangtze, and Humin. Most recently, he was the Chairman of AEA Investors Asia, a global private equity firm located in Hong Kong, and Vice Chairman of the NYSE for Asia. He has served on over 20 large public boards including Diamler, British American tobacco, Telstra, Nortel, and Polycom.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Red Bison Advisory Group, LLC (private company, Chief Executive Officer), she also serves on the Board of Polycom Inc. (PLCM-NASDAQ, member of the audit and compensation committees), CenturyLink Inc., (NYSE – CTL member of the audit and technology committees), Humm Kombucha (Private Company, member of the compensation committee), and is a member of the President’s Advisory Group at EastWest Institute (Not-for-profit, non-partisan "think and do" tank).

Juan O. Alfonso

Juan O. Alfonso

Juan Alfonso, holding two United States patents and five Engineering Awards in microelectronics, brings 30+ years’ experience in radio networks and surveillance systems to Red Bison. His area of focus is Strategy/Business Development in the Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) Sector with regional concentration in North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Alfonso earned an MBA from Florida International University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami.
Todd Owens

Todd Owens

Todd Owens is the CEO at TalentWise, a company specializing in hiring technology. Coming from a technology and military background, Todd Owens brings senior product management and business development skills to Red Bison. He has been recognized four times as a “Superstar for outsourcing innovation in support of HR organizations” by HRO magazine.

Owens held senior Product Management and Business Development roles at both Wind River Systems and Siebel Systems. Earlier in his career, he served as a United States Navy submarine officer aboard the USS Pogy (SSN 647) and on the Third Fleet staff.

Owens holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy.
David Nalley

David Nalley brings more than 33 years of experience in the Information Technology and Consumer Electronics industry to Red Bison. In his most recent role as Managing Partner of a consulting firm based in Newport Beach, CA, he has been focused on supporting both Fortune 500 firms and Emerging Technology Companies. His work includes developing their go-to market strategies and supply chain solutions in the consumer space as well as the enterprise computing channel on a global basis.

Prior to leading his consulting firm, Nalley had an 18 year career at Ingram Micro, the world’s largest IT and CE distributor and a Fortune 100 company. During his time at Ingram Micro, Nalley held the position of Vice President and General Manager. His responsibilities included leading sales for their North American Retail and Internet resellers,where he managed some of the world’s largest resellers in those categories. Along with managing the consumer business, Nalley also led the enterprise computing sales effort with corporate resellers, the direct solution providers, and their global accounts.
